We at Lajac strive to provide our customers with the fastest possible service. Our aim is to answer calls within three signals and that the stock production orders, received before 12:00 noon, are normally dispatched the same day
Lajac has agreements with DHL and the majority of our deliveries are made by them. But if customers have their own agreements with the other carriers, the contract number can be registred on the customer card.

Ex works | Freight and wrapping costs will be added.
Delivery regulations
Our delivery regulations are according to the Swedish Mechanics association NL-01.
Receiving material
Upon receiving your delivery it is very important to check that the material is undamaged and the number of packages correspond to the number on the waybill.
Return of material
Stock products in perfect condition can be returned to us for a 75 % credit of the value. Freight cost is payed by the customer. Please contact us before any products are returned.
